Nadine is an Accomplished Organisational Development professional with strong background in group process and building organisational capacity. She has been the lead consultant and facilitator for projects and or workshops held in more than 20 countries, she collaborated with leading universities worldwide and have been helping leaders and boards build stronger, more effective teams.

Maria brings 20 years of experience in business combined with 15 years of experience of grassroots community development in Kenya through founding an NGO Friends of Londiani. Maria is OTB’s Country Director in Kenya, enabling her to bring together her unique skills and insights with her passion for working to improve the lives of those seeking a better life. She has been heavily involved in community projects and finding creative holistic solutions to secure marginalised people livelihoods through women empowerment and cross sector partnering processes. Her experience includes evaluating various NGOS, organisations, programmes and projects. She is experienced in reviewing current programmes and documentation, analysing and making grounded recommendations for the future.

Rose has been involved in development projects across east African rural areas for over 17 years. She worked with the European Union Somalia Programme for 17 years, where she was engaged in the project identification and programming of European development funds and in the selection of implementing partners, the award and monitoring of grants. Rose has worked across Africa empowering individuals and organisations to enable sustainable change, she believe that when you bring the right people together, in the right context, with the right tools, sustainable change happens. Her experience includes training teams and organisations as well as evaluating various NGOS, organisations, programmes and projects.

Nisrine is a project coordinator at Out of the box. She holds a Master degree in French literature. She is a holder of a training certificate from Isabelle Filliozat institute on empathy and communication and from CICLOP on training for creative writing. She is also a Mediator in conflict resolution and firmly believes that art is a medium to disseminate peace and self-development. Lydia is a partner at Out of the box and a senior consultant in Leadership and Organizational Development. With over 25 years’ experience working in an international Not for Profit organization, Lydia brings with her skills and expertise in the area of Leadership and Organizational Development, Partnership Collaboration and deep understanding of working across different cultural backgrounds. Working for the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) she had the unique opportunity to work with countries across the world, in Africa, Asia Pacific, the Arab world, Europe and the Americas including the Caribbean, supporting NGOs at national, regional and world levels to build and strengthen sound governance structures. Lydia is a skilled Coach, Facilitator, and Trainer as well as having knowledge in programme development. Some of her key initiatives include working with key UN Agencies and NGOs in the areas of refugee work, adolescent health and peace building at grass root level. Lydia has a strong passion for learning and supporting others to learn and reach their potential. She has collaborated with Universities and Higher Educational Institutions to develop educational programmes. She believes in the individual and collective power to effect sustainable change in order to transform communities. Lydia is a strong advocate for gender equality and the protection of the environment. She believes that sustainable change can be achieved when we all work together and share a strong belief in the interdependence of the human race.

Susan is an educationalist with 35 years’ experience, including 15 years in leadership and management roles. She is a trained mentor and coach and is regularly invited by organisations to build the capacity of individuals and teams due to her outstanding facilitation skills. She specialises in change management, strategic planning and governance. Susan has been actively involved in an international NGO for over 20 years, holding a range of roles and currently sits on the Board of the Australian chapter of the NGO. Through her work Susan supports the personal, social and educational development of young people with the aim to increase levels of personal, social and educational ability to give individuals, groups and communities, including young people, the organisational skills they need to tackle issues of concern in their community.

Merial has worked internationally as a teacher and trainer for over 30 years. For the past 15 years her focus has been on local community development in working to build and strengthen community based organisations. She was the Executive Officer of the network of associations focused on capacity building, governance and advocacy and was asked to advise on the formation of the national council for the sector. For Merial Community learning and development contributes to strengthening social capital by improving the knowledge, skills, confidence, motivation, networks and resources that the individuals and groups in a community have. She believes that many agencies can contribute to community learning and development, and should work together to make the most of the resources available and to be as effective as possible. She has academic qualifications in community development, education and training.

With a background as a Luxury Retail expert and a business development consultant with a long standing expertise, Deenah’s career was mainly involved in establishing and structuring Retail Business Units, Creating Concepts, Developing Franchises and implementing the business processes in vast array of retail, and distribution operations. Combining the corporate world and the NGO’s world has been her strive for almost two decades, with the firm belief that cross sector partnership is essential for building a strong community. Stemming from that belief, she has enrolled in many senior volunteer endeavors throughout her career. This led her to appreciate the potential of cross sector partnerships, and the private sector’s vital role in achieving sustainable development. Deenah holds a Master in experimental, social and cognitive Psychology and a (BA) Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the American University of Beirut.

Rock is trained and experienced in facilitating process-oriented workshops using participatory methods, he provide tools to individuals, teams and organisations to make all of them more effective and efficient. In the last 5 years Rock has been widely involved in facilitating and developing formal and non-formal educational tools, Innovate methods and exercises to facilitate and strengthen student learning and Initiated and coordinated training programs for developing teaching skills of teachers. Rock has a wide experience working with youth, with experience of planning and initiating projects and activities with young people that enables them to develop and achieve their potential. Possessing a proven ability to challenge young people to think about their values and attitude and also helping them to manage their behaviour.
