Team Building Day – PU-AMI

On January 14, 2015 Out of the box organized one full day of a team – building training with a combination of outdoor and indoor activities for the 208 employees of PU-AMI in Lebanon.

The day started by a welcome speech from Nadine El Achy the managing director of Out Of the box and Jean Bernard the head of mission of PU-AMI Lebanon.

During the first half of the day all 208 participants were divided into 12 groups and begun the simulation games that were created by out of the box for PU-AMI.

After the games ended all participants came together and with practical tools and exercises debriefed the simulation game and analyzed their strengths and weaknesses and set a list of objectives for themselves and their teams.

Then the afternoon started with 4 different workshops about communication, dealing with difficult people, change management and Project Management.

This successful day increased the synergy among team members and fostered ownership and accountability among teams.
